We lived in this awesome condo in this super cool neighborhood for 4 years. The neighbors are friendly and courteous. I think you will find us flexible and easy to work with as landlords. Everything in this listing is up for discussion - do not consider it set in stone. About the commitment:
Prefer a one year lease September 1, 2019 - August 31, 2020. However willing to consider a shorter lease with minimum 6 months. For an extra $150/month, this condo can be rented fully or partially furnished. Real quotes from previous tenants: "My roommate and I lived here and it's absolutely perfect! The patio is amazing to sit out on nice nights and the location can't get any better. You can walk to everything you need. The neighborhood is filled with bars, restaurants, and breweries galore! We are very sad to be leaving!" -AP "You've got a great space and we were happy staying there!" -DM "We would like to stay longer - it has been really nice." -TB "Thanks for always being so pleasant. You are 10/10 the best landlord." -HE
