Off the hallway on the second floor is a stairway to a full third story, which is currently unfinished. It is a great space for storage, or you may want to refinish it to increase your square footage.

The house has the original hardwood floors throughout, with tile and luxury vinyl in the laundry room, sunroom, and two bathrooms. The original woodwork has been refinished throughout the house. It is full of character and completely move-in ready!

The location is ideal, with easy access to public transportation and downtown Lititz. There is off street parking for two vehicles, a small yard with garden space, and a small deck.

Most of the windows have been replaced, a new water softener installed, and updated electrical and plumbing. The roof was also inspected by a licensed roofer.
