  • Adkisson Alloy
"My father owns a house here. People in the community are very friendly and caring. It’s very hot to walk and there’s no public transportation though. I see hard working people commuting to and from work on foot regardless."
  • Tim J
"Easy walk and as long as they pick up after their dogs it’s a great neighborhood to walk them. Maybe the city could put up dog bags holders."
  • Tami C.
"Ballon festival, Little Delbert Days , Rodeos,Boating,Rzr ing. Concert in the Park, Dog parks, Community events on Main Street year round."
  • Jpgericke
"The summer here is too hot to take your pet out and exercise them. It causes depression in the pet and unrest. "
  • Lhcdesert
"Great dog parks and water for jumping in. Hot in the summer, so protect their feet. Some restaurants are dog friendly, too."
  • Jpgericke
"My family has lived here for years and I have a rental out here for times when I come to visit. People are kind and always quick to wave and say hello. "
  • Dkennedy20

  • Theresa M. L.
"They would love the dog parks. They would not like the coyotes that snoop around all times of the days. Dogs should never be left out alone no matter their sizes. "
  • Jeff G.
"I don't know. just shopping for a new place to live. home prices have skyrocketed in this neighborhood. thinking about shopping in a different city"
  • K'Lee B.
"Not many kids, and speed limit is 25 but I will see people driving 40 and speeding around blind spots. I have seen a motorcycle accident already and he was speeding around the blind spot and saw a car backing up slowly and he got scared and feel off. Broke his ribs and blood from his head. Not many people do the speed limit around here. "
  • K'lee B.
"Lived in this neighborhood for two years and always nice people around. Everyone stays to themselves."
  • Sue A.
"I work less than 10 mins from just about every where in Havasu I do not use public transportation as there is none. You can however go just about any place in Havasu one way for 5 dollars or less. There are a lot of private transportation companies around here to take you around if you don't drive. "
  • Natalie M.
"It only takes 20 min to get from one side of town to the other side. No freeways, small town. Uber is always available "
  • Gary.strickfaden
"local events community functions festivals auto clubs rv and recreational activities boating and racing"
  • Mary B.
"I’m currently retired, but did commute to Parker when I was working. Traffic was rarely a problem on my 40 mile, one way, drive and the scenery was beautiful. "
  • Mike S.
"A lot of my neighbors have dogs, and I see them walking their dogs most every morning, even in the summer. "

  • Monroe
"Mostly retired people on this street. No sidewalks so not child friendly area. Also very hilly. Would not recommend this neighborhood for a family. Perfect for a vacation home or retirees. "
  • Tino O.
