The property is complete with a large backyard and pool. We are looking for a long-term tenant who will take excellent care of the house.

Rent: $3,350.00/month
Security Deposit is $4,200. Applicants that do not meet the Basic Criteria, but exceed the Minimum Criteria, may be approved with a higher security deposit. Minimum Lease Term: 12 months
Pet Policy: 2 pets are negotiable with a $500/pet security deposit increase and $30/month pet admin fee for the first pet and $20/month for additional pets. Most are friendly and great neighbors, but there is a group of bullies that like to cause problems with the working age residents. If you chose to buy a house here, meet all your potential neighbors before you make that offer."
