Just off of the kitchen is a bonus room that features a half bathroom and laundry closet with hookups. Down the hallway you'll find the three bedrooms and two bathrooms. The hall bathroom features dual sinks and a sliding glass door with access to the backyard. The master suite features a walk in closet and a beautiful bathroom featuring a large walk-in shower. The property is complete with a large backyard and pool. We are looking for a long-term tenant who will take excellent care of the house.

Rent: $3,350.00/month
Security Deposit is $4,200. Applicants that do not meet the Basic Criteria, but exceed the Minimum Criteria, may be approved with a higher security deposit. Minimum Lease Term: 12 months
Pet Policy: 2 pets are negotiable with a $500/pet security deposit increase and $30/month pet admin fee for the first pet and $20/month for additional pets.
