Also the surrounding streets seem to be always under construction but never fixed .expect constant car wrecks on 19thave.     "The neighborhood is central to most venues, restaurants, shops and recreational locations. Just a short 5-10 minute drive will get me anywhere I want to go. Traffic isn’t terrible on a weekday. Using the 1-17 can cause some delay due to the traffic during rush hour."
