The skirting is of decorative concrete block. The interior decor is of neutral earth tone colors. No work here, just move in and enjoy all of the Parkwood Manor amenities. The amenities include a community clubhouse featuring Park sponsored activities, a swimming pool, a children's playground, a basketball court, and a tennis court. Parkwood Manor also has a stocked private lake for community residents who love the sport of fishing.

The street is about 3 minutes to the community college and close to the highway to Cleveland, about 25 minutes away. We love our neighborhood so much we recently bought a ranch home up the street."
