I went here in the second grade and it was a pretty good experience. I wasn’t the best student, but despite my flaws I always felt recognized as a real person. This schools education is average but the teachers have the heart.

A baseball player got hit in the face with a metal baseball bat while at school, the school and coaches refused to call an ambulance. He now has multiple fractures and had to undergo emergency surgery. On top of everything, the school is refusing to help him get his school work/education while he recovers from THEIR mistake. This kid will have lifelong injuries because of their lack of safety, lack of action, and now will be held back a year?? In the day and age of schools being defunded for private schools, maybe this is one of of the ones that should be shut done. The parent even went in front of the school board to advocate for the safety and education of her son and was dismissed. Maybe it's the whole county who doesn't care about safety and education. Who knows. I would never feel safe teaching in this county OR sending my children here.

The middle school has teachers who don't care about teaching. They dress like they just came in from working in the yard, flip flops, tee shirts, over-all's etc. No professionalism at all. When a student ask for help they tell them to ask another student. Who is the teacher here? Discrimination runs high with the Middle School. Not only with the students but the teachers as well. You can't change the students attitudes when they see the teacher do the same things. It's time to bring this school district into the 21st century!!!!! New Superintendent!!!!The problems stem from the top. I have seen it first hand many many times.
