Amenities included: Walk-in closet, Mini Split air conditioning, Mini Split heat, shared outside patio deck, hardwood floors, stainless steel appliance, updated kitchen, updated bathroom, plenty of storage, washer dryer Hook up, entertaining yard, and 2 parking spaces. Utilities included: internet. Is not pet friendly.

First and last security deposit required. 1 year lease, followed by month-month upon lessor/lessee agreement. Rent due every first of the month, late fee of $100 on the 5th day of the month. Renters insurance is required within 14 days of the lease start. Required move-in checklist is required to complete within 72 hours of occupancy.
Owner pays internet and trash. Unit is separately metered, lessee pays utilities. Appliances included (microwave, stove/oven, refrigerator, mini air split). The lessee is responsible to maintain the fixtures and appliances in a clean and healthy condition, if not, lessor may use security deposit to fix. Laundry hook-ups are provided. 2 parking spots included- lessee must accommodate trash route every Monday starting at 7am. No smoking. No pets. Up to 4 persons allowed to occupy residency.
If lessee intends to vacate at the end of the lease term, lessee must provide at least 60 days written notice. If 60 days is not given before lease terms or date of intent to vacate, lessee is responsible for the equivalent rent amount due for the 60 days after the notice is given.
