About this House

Beautiful 3 bedroom freshly painted with new granite kitchen with stainless steel and a propane stove. Huge fenced in back yard that will be perfect for your furry friend. Mature lemon, plumeria and Tangello trees. The lime tree probably needs a little more time to produce fruit. Covered large back lanai. 3 raised bed gardens with irrigation built in. Marble bathroom with jacuzzi bathtub and a bidet on the toilet. Above the tsunami line but still has a nice ocean view out front. 5 minute walk to the beach. Solar hot water and photovoltaic on the roof really help with your electric bill. AC in every room but that will drive up your electric The bill has been as low as $30 if we don't run them about $200 if we do.

Owner pays for water, trash, internet, and lawn service. Tenant is responsible for electric and propane. We love dogs but cats don't do so well with our neighbors and their dogs. No smoking in the house. No illegal drugs or activities. House will be available May 1

I would love to buy in this neighborhood if it wasn’t so expensive. People take care of their yards and share their fruit from their trees too! There is a dog park nearby too. "
