    "Mims is a quiet back water unincorporated town with a mixture of living styles. There is a growing course community, rural residential, agricultural, equestrian, and residential. There isn’t currently a lot of amenities but new growth is sure to attract them. On the more positive side, there is a low crime rate, minimal traffic, a location not that far from world class venues and the home of some of the nicest people. "
