About this House

Welcome to Settler's Chase, where vaulted ceilings meet "vaulted" expectations. This bright and cheerful 2-bedroom, 2-bath condo in Thornton is serving up cozy vibes, smart updates, and just enough sass to make your friends jealous. Step inside and you'll immediately notice the soaring ceilings, abundant natural light, and a gas fireplace practically begging for hot cocoa season. The open-concept living and dining area flows perfectly for entertaining, binge-watching, or pretending you host dinner parties more often than you actually do. The kitchen comes equipped with a brand new range ready for your culinary masterpieces (or your very convincing DoorDash plating skills). And thanks to the brand new A/C, you can keep your cool all summer long, literally! The spacious primary suite offers the relaxing retreat you deserve, complete with its own private bath. A second bedroom and full bathroom make the setup ideal for guests, roommates, a home office, or your Peloton that doubles as a clothing rack. Need a little fresh air? Step out onto the covered balcony, the perfect spot for morning coffee, evening unwinding, or dramatically staring into the distance while contemplating paint colors. Outside, you're located right next to the complex playground, making it easy to enjoy the outdoors, burn off some energy, or casually win "favorite neighbor" status. Plus, the attached one-car garage means no more scraping ice off your windshield while questioning your life choices in February. Stylish, functional, and full of personality, this Settler's Chase condo is proof that you really can have it all, vaulted ceilings included.

1-year lease preferred. Trash, recycling, water, snow removal and water included. Tenant is responsible for gas and electric.

"People are friendly, and it’s a safe place to live. People are out walking their dogs a lot. It’s relatively quiet and pretty peaceful around here. Streets are well lit, and sidewalks/roads are in good shape."
  • Baylion22
"It’s quiet regardless of how many cars there are it’s peaceful, no loud music just crickets and birds. It’s as if the entire neighborhood is problay full of elderly hence why there are no loud noises not even at night. You may hear a car burn out if your outside from afar but that’s bout it. I see no other reason not to live here. I haven’t heard of any robins or killings in the area or gunshots, and no people using illegal drugs either."
  • Lluvia L. D.
"Any breed is welcome, it’s very much a dog loving neighborhood. Always see dogs walking, most people pick up after their dogs"

"A gazillion miles away from anything. There's transit but the routes are awful. The neighbors seem friendly, but are extremely stand off-ish when it comes to newbies in the community. Otherwise it's a cute community. "
  • Tdrago111
"Like everywhere else in Colorado. Annoying and slow. so many people coming here and making more traffic. But great if you like to listen to music while you are being slowed down on the road. "
  • Brina E. D.
"I'm not that involved in the community to be able to tell you what makes it special. Personally, this part of Thornton is not somewhere I would suggest living. "

  • Abe B.
"Trunk or Treat for Halloween. Thornton Fest in early summer. 4th of July fireworks show which is very unique. Pirate Fest in early autumn, at Webster Lake. Numerous Xmas lights all over the place, most notably, what my family has dubbed "The Box House", on Pecos St, just north of 100th. Numerous fireworks shows all over for New Year's. "
  • Mattnarielle
"The neighborhood I live in is not to bad. However if you have kids it’s always best to make sure they are in by 10 since there is some suspicious characters."
