Description

Due to medical issues I need to relocate. I bought the property in 2021 and started the clean up and renovations which took a year at a cost to date of over 250,000. This makes my total investment into the home of over 600,000. There are actually 3 homes on the property. The main house was renovated down to the studs and redesigned on the downstairs layout. There now is a safe room as well as 2 extensions added to the house. This was a full custom renovation. The house behind the garage is a 3 bedroom 1 bath home with its own laundry room with all new appliancesin 2023. I have used this home for all my family visits to allow for longer stays due to 2 separate living areas. It also would be a great mother inlaw quarters. If family isn't in the cards for you it can be a separate rental it already has a separate electric meter. The third home is a full play house that can be converted into a hoppy room or just additional storage.
