From the front door, straight thru living room is the Dining Room, turning right thru living room is the Master Bedroom. Coming out of the Master Bedroom into kitchen is the door to the laundry room. Then from kitchen can see past dining area to the family room with fireplace. On that side of the home is the family room and the 3 bedrooms and the other bathroom which has a tub/shower combo. From family room is the sliding doors to the screen room. . Home has 4 bedrooms, 2 baths, living room, family room, kitchen, dining room, laundry room, large screen room, Detached 2 car garage with storage behind it, a sidewalk goes from the front door all the way around to the back door, has a sprinkler system. Also has a wired security camera system with 8 cameras around outside of home that we paid $4,000 for from a local business. This is a safe neighborhood, we had cameras at a previous home and got used to having them. This is a nice fairly private property, surrounded by trees, has open grass areas, and some trails. Their is a greenhouse also. Very roomy home with a large wonderful yard. Would need at least a half hour notice to view. We had new steps built on front and back. We have closed in the lean to behind the garage for extra storage. We have full replacement value insurance, we can tell you what company we use. In closing Inverness is absolutely on of the most welcoming towns making easier to adjust when moving here from a distance.
