Description

A fully updated, 3-4 bedroom house with lush landscaping, a private backyard complete with your own in ground pool, patios, fountain, tranquil koi pond, and greenhouse. Also an underground sprinkler system with a timer to make your life easier.
The entire home was repainted from floor to ceiling. Four chandeliers, semi flush lighting and Hunter ceiling fans with lights in each bedroom, the front dining/flex room and grand beamed vaulted family room were added. All doors throughout the home repainted and convenient lever doorknobs added. Every wall outlet and light switch was replaced with white ones. Both bathroom vanities and mirrors were replaced with solid wood vanities having ample storage, new coordinating fixtures and porcelain basins. The master vanity countertop is marble and the guest/children's vanity is lovely and durable Corian-style solid surface. 24hr waterproof wood flooring has been added to the guest/children's hallway, family room, entry, front dining/flex room, master bedroom hallway, master bedroom, and master bedroom closet areas. White hexagonal tile has been added to the guest/children's bathroom. Vintage style ceramic tile has been added to the kitchen, kitchen nook, and laundry room. Beautiful porcelain tile has been added to the master bathroom and powder room and a rebuilt large walk in shower with a built in bench and storage. The shower has a new Delta 5 spray H2O kinetic In2ition dual spray handheld shower head. A sliding door has been added between the family room and guest/children's hallway for additional privacy/possible Airbnb use. A pair of white sliding barn doors has been added to the opening between the master bedroom and bathroom to add privacy to the master bathroom. Cordless 2" white vinyl blinds have been added to all side bedroom windows. The mantle has been replaced over the gas log fireplace in the family room. Finally, all built in cabinets throughout the house, mainly in the kitchen have had custom doors built, painted, and hung with concealed hinges and lovely bronze hardware. In the kitchen, there's all new built in Frigidaire stainless steel appliances- a five burner cooktop, a dishwasher, and a self cleaning oven. A custom, gorgeous quartz countertop with a travertine backsplash completes the kitchen renovation. Outside, drip lines were added to the flower beds and sprinkler heads were professionally evaluated and replaced to create the most water conservative, economical system possible. Additional plants and bushes were added throughout. A permanent floor was added to the greenhouse. The beautiful in-ground pool liner was replaced and the surrounding walkway painted by West Texas Pools. The pool pump and filter were replaced. The tranquil koi pond was re-lined, re-plumbed with a skimmer and waterfall filter added. A paved pad and additional outdoor storage shed was added. The aggregate patio was re-caulked. This is a great area to grill. There are two other large patio areas. One is directly in front of the pond. The property's fence was re-stained. All the above work was done in 2020-2021.

Far enough outside town that when you turn into your driveway you have left work behind you except for the text messages and e-mails that you still get. Close to Hospital if you work the medical field. When I drive the neighborhood I always think it would make for good BBQ cookouts with friends and family"
