Hi All,

I'm looking to rent my furnished condo for medium term. I'm looking for tenants who are interested in a 3month-12month lease. I can also do month to month with a 3 month initial commitment. The place is available may 1st.

About the place:
- 2 bedroom 2bath
-It's on 30th and Iris, super close to the safeway
-The building has 2 laundry rooms with machines that are coin or app operated
- 49inch 4k tv with a chromecast hooked up to it.
-$2100/mo (includes internet, water, heat, electric). I can work with you on price if you sign a longer lease.
-$1000 deposit plus one month rent
- 2nd floor(building has an elevator)
-has one carport offstreet, and plenty of unassigned offstreet parking
- across the street from a bike path and newly built floodway(you've got a view of this nice manmade river with lots of trees and plants from the balcony)
- quiet neighbors
- 2min biking distance to safeway
- 15-20 min biking distance to DT pearl street
- walk in closet in master bedroom
- balcony with small table/chairs and grill.
- dishwasher and garbage disposal
- a hangboard is mounted above one of the door frames for in home climbing training or pull ups
- smaller bedroom has a queen bed and desk(I mostly use this as a guest bedroom and office)
- guest bathroom has a shower
- master bedroom has a queen bed and has a walk in closet as well as a full bathroom
- the master has a ton of space in it for yoga and whatever activities you are into that require space.
- There are tennis and basketball courts as well as a clubhouse on the property with a piano, sauna, gym, and INDOOR saltwater pool.

About you:
Per the city of boulder, only up to 4 unrelated people can live in the unit
Hopefully you have good credit. I will have to run a credit check which will cost $20 along with your application if you are interested in the place; alternatively, you can pay up front completely.
No pets are allowed; I'm alergic to cats so I don't want cat hair on my furniture. The HOA forbids dogs unless you have a special circumstance.
You wont smoke inside the unit(there is a balcony you can smoke on).

    "This is a dog friendly neighborhood. Several neighbors have dogs that they walk which is fun to see. We don’t presently have dogs, but we always had one to two dogs with our three kids as they were growing up. Pets definitely are park of a neighborhood community. "

    "I have lived in North Boulder for 30 years- Wonderland Hills and Dakota Ridge, it has always felt safe here. My children attended Boulder Public Schools, I give the schools an A+! We live a convenient short distance to restaurants, grocery stores, schools, and shopping, ...friends hang out at our house and tell me I’m a great baker of Chocolate Chip Cookies! I love to send them home with cookies or fresh dough to bake cookies with their own families! You should bring your kids to our house on Halloween, what a treat! I walk to Pearl Street by way of Foothills Trail, through beautiful neighborhoods apple orchards, Mt. Sanitas and am fascinated by the rock formations. I bicycle many days a week and many miles, such a perfect location to start from and end up! It’s a family and friends tradition to do the Bolder Boulder on the Monday of Memorial Day weekend, so fun! I have been taking it easy for a while due to some physical injuries, but continue to build up my strength and stamina walking my dog, climbing and hiking - I get a great workout! Here’s a tidbit! Keep your dog on leash and clean u"
