About this House

Nicely remodeled home in a quiet Wendell neighborhood with convenient location. The house is just a couple miles from hwy 64. There is a nice deck on the back of the house and a small attached storage room for extra space to keep things. The kitchen comes with all appliances. Washer and Dryer not included. Dogs and cats are allowed with a 200 dollar refundable deposit for each pet and a 20 dollar monthly pet rent fee for each animal.
Must sign a standard 12-month NC lease. The refundable security deposit is 1500.
Must not have a history of previous evictions. Clean background check.
Must show a household income of three times the amount of rent. Minimum credit score of 600. Fill out the online application. For those who meet the minimum requirements, we will contact you to set up an appointment to look at the house.
