There are tons of real wood cabinets with crown molding, pullouts, a lazy susan and Corian countertops. Island with a breakfast bar conveys. All new stainless steel appliance to include a GAS stove within the last couple years. All new paint throughout. All new blinds. New door hardware. There is a new ceiling fan in the master, a new toilet in the guest bathroom and a new kitchen faucet. The breaker box has been updated and a new roof was installed last month. The master closet has built ins. Seller will add sod to the dirt path in backyard upon request. Doors for 4th bedroom/office are in that rooms closet. The ring door bell system does not convey.
