This home is located less than ten minutes north of Oblong on E 1450th Ave. It features two bedrooms and one full bathroom, as well as a spacious kitchen and living room. A breezeway connects the house to the garage. This area offers additional storage and would be the perfect space for a mud room. The garage has one overhead door and is large enough for one vehicle, plus additional lawnmowers and smaller equipment. There are two outbuildings, including a third portable building that has been used for chickens. The largest building is 30x20 and has multiple horse stalls in it, with a hydrant located close to the door. The second building is 24x24 and has a large overhead door, perfect for getting tractors or other equipment into. There is currently an electric fence wire running around the property, but it would need a charger. The back portion of the property has a small food plot area with a small waterhole dug. Several deer tracks were leading to the pond and would be a great little hunting hole. This house was previously owned by a young Amish family and has no electricity running to it or in it. 6/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageThis school is terrible. Kids are constantly having mental breakdowns because of bullying. You are not allowed to defend yourself. The school system is terrible. The Jr High students parents have to organize dances because the school is so broke and has absolutely no money. The teachers are mid. They are a whole lot teachers who pick favorites a lot of teachers just yell at random people because of home experiences. Therefore whatever you do don't send your kids here. 10/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageThe school has no AP or honor courses. They do not weigh classes. Students who take the easiest classes possible can be valedictorian. A small amount of the teachers actually care about the students and education. Teachers at Oblong High mostly advocate mindless memorization. In all of my days at oblong I only sat through one class where I was actually told to think. The same teacher left the next year for a better job. This is a great day-care in which after graduation the students join the uneducated mass called America.Student Review15y ago
