    "There are children around but only by necessity as rent is very cheap here. It is absolutely not friendly, one of the most dangerous areas in Spokane. Prolific trash and dumping, as well as a very heavy homeless population. There are obvious signs of drug use, as well as public drug use sightings increasing. People drive extremely fast and recklessly depending on the road. Not a place for children."

Convenient to get downtown via Southeast Blvd. Easy to get to the I-90 freeway to get to the Valley, Airway Heights, and area near the freeway.
