"great commute and convenient to stores and downtown I think anyone would love this neighborhood my mom has been in this neighborhood for years and she loves it as well "
  • Trulia User
"our neighbors help each other. we keep our neighbor clean. when there is a issue we come help. yes"
  • Trulia User
"No dog park areas close by. There is slot of loitering, vandalism, panhandling & drunken people starting drama. Stores are heavily secured but obviously not under control at all. "
  • Trulia User
"nice area neighbors are friendly and kids. Quiet a good area to raise kids and grow with. Quiet and close to everything "
  • Carlton L. W.
"Not many sidewalks and several uncollared animals . no dog park or play area. other than that not bad "
  • Dar L
"Neighborhood is historic but now it's terrible. I grew up in this area, the schools were once some of the best in APS system now they're horrible. People drive through the stop sign in my neighborhood as if it's not there. They drive really fast up and down the street inconsiderate of the children playing. We hear random gun shots anytime of the day or night. My home was broken into about a year after we moved in. There also appears to be drug activity at a neighboring home."
  • Joyce B.
"My family and I have lived in this area for over three years, the school's our children currently attend has aot to offer our children. this neighborhood is improving daily. "
