Close to everything, including uptown, downtown, Camelback Corridor, the Biltmore, the airport, and so much more. The community has great pride of ownership. The bar and restaurant scene is among the best in the city. I love that we can walk to a variety of different places and return to our beautiful gated community. I love the Fireplace, Suite layout with an upstairs and the downstairs as well as the two car garage. The property is always beautifully maintained and the pool is a great bonus

Southwest Human Development makes its home here supporting early childhood for much of Maricopa County. There’s no shortage of businesses around here. This area borders the more well to do Arcadia and Biltmore neighborhoods as well as the more decidedly homeless and drugee scene that runs South of Thomas Rd. It’s a typical Phoenix neighborhood otherwise."
