She has a great teacher that communicates weekly with parents. They constantly have fun activities that keep my daughter excited about school.Other Review7y ago8 Reviews - Stillwater Middle School

9/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageBullying is ignored and nothing is done by staff, they only have interests in protecting themselves. Teachers and staff are extremely rude, have made very inappropriate religious comments to my student, and attempted to verbally discipline him because he is not a Christian. We are currently reporting to the school board, although we expect nothing to come of it. Social media is our next stop if these behaviors don't improve. We stay on top of our student's grades online, and there have been at least five different occasions where teachers marked down zeros for assignments that had been graded correctly and handed back, and he has had to bring the assignment to their attention to get it fixed in the grade book. I guarantee other students aren't doing as well as they should, due to the many mistakes they have made with our child's grades. Organization is a joke. My child is finishing out the year and will NOT be coming back. We loved his elementary school but this has been a nightmare. Our family can't wait until we move out of Stillwater later this year!!Parent Review6y ago8 Reviews - Stillwater Junior High School

"Everyone looks out for each others pets. They walk their pets on a leash and all of the dogs are really nice"

"I feel like dog owners would have mixed feelings on the area. I am a dog owner myself and while my family and furbaby love it here I do wish we had more options as far as areas for the dogs. There just isn’t much funding I guess so they are bare minimum. I would love to see it updated in the future with more seating, flowers, maybe a water area and more focus on supplies owners may need while at the park such as poo bags, hand sanitizer, water fountains. "Super easy. I have a 12 minute commute to my office. There is rarely any traffic. It takes me no more than 12 minutes to get there. There are multiple ways to get most locations. We like to joke about Stillwater traffic as it’s not anything you would consider actual traffic. It’s a very easy place to be a single mother because I can easily get from work to school to extracurricular activities. I highly recommend it here."

"Traffic is terrible when the college students are in town but other than that not terrible. Once you know the community and the town you figure out roads that are less traveled and get places faster. "

"Stillwater is a college town, but it’s growing. I feel safe walking around, usually. There are some decent places to eat, and activities for all walks of life. I wish they had a Target!"

"It's a college town. It's a temporary town for a lot of people. Most of the residents are nice. There's a handful of delinquents that reside in this town, though. "
