Sample Gates and 3 blocks to the courthouse square. In the heart of restaurant row this is a must see for grad students and is the perfect little nest for young couples. The unit has been updated with all new wiring and new kitchen cabinets, counter tops, range and dishwasher just last fall. Within the past few years it has had new lighting, new windows, new furnace, and hot water heater to make it very energy efficient. There are only 2 apartments above our office building so it is very quiet and there is even a laundry area in the back hall where the apartments can enjoy easy access to free laundry. People also run the stop sign on the Allendale Winslow entrance so you have to be super careful there, and people drive pretty fast on Allendale .
