"Easy access to I 10 and 35. I don’t usually have to take those rows and when I do, I’m able to access for 10 there are many schools in the area mini schools there’s Judson Wagner and you have elementaries Hopkins Kirby right there on seeking road."

"it's a beautiful neighborhood peaceful and quiet.. everyone pretty much keeps to themselves.. yards are well-maintained.. neighbors help each other if in need of help.. been living here for three years now..my kids go to elementary and middle school and high school around here and so far are really great.."

"nothing, everything is just further to get to now.... I have to walk to everything, the dollar store isnt even close anymore. it's too hot to walk anywhere and anything that's a close drive is a far walk. something can be 10 minutes in a car but takes 2 hours to walk there. I just hate living here"

"I have lived in this neighborhood for ten years. The folks around here are lovely and look out for each other. The police are very prominent and competent. There is very little crime and I feel safe knowing my children can play outside. "

"my husband &i recentley moved to this area and it is a quaint quiet and lovley place to live severel parks in pools in walking distance saftey is barnone the best not to mention our neibors are very freindley and made us feel very welcome in our NEW HOME!!! WE LOVE KIRBY!!!"
