Our daughter attends East High and is provided special education. She is supported, engaged, and thriving due to the love and support of the staff. Others in the school acknowledge that have come to know her, go out of their way to say hi or a quick chat. Students and staff encourage her and help her have the best day she can.

I started my kids in this school after homeschooling. I was reluctant for them to attend this particular school because of its poor district and poor reputation. I was so pleasantly surprised. The teachers and leaders form a caring family environment. The class sizes aren’t too big. The teachers are all very genuinely friendly and welcoming. They greet you by name and They’re happy to see you when you walk through the door. They care about the community and help to build relationships through family activities. I couldn’t be more pleased that my kids attended this school.

cares about the education of my child. Issuesa arise becasue often teachers and administrators hands are tied because of district rules making it impossible to get kids who are disruptive and aren't ready for learning out of the classroom - alternative seats are very limited. The teachers and staff work very hard to make every student feel welcome and part of the school. Interesting to read parent complaints when very few parents are involved in anything other than extra-curricular activites. Yes - some teachers could challenge kids more but parents need to be ready to support learning at home.
