All the comforts of home and amenities you will ever need. $2000 per month on a 6-month rental. Shorter rental considered assuming new rental price negotiation. WIFI and all utilities included. Close to amenities, restaurants, and popular attractions. Use this place as your home base to visit with family and go adventure the Florida tropical lifestyle. Email for more details.

Although we want your stay to be enjoyable and relaxing we have to abide by a few rules. At least 1 lessee (renter) must be at least 55+. Children are welcome to visit, not for long-term stays. No Smoking-No Pets. This is a seasonal rental from October to April. No more than a 6-month lease and 3-month minimum upon negotiated price. There is a background check and must have a decent credit score. Allow 30 days for HOA approval. $2000 a month includes all utilities. $1000 damage/security deposit Full payment is due 2 weeks prior to arriving. $150 cleaning fee. Daily cleaning is not included. One assigned parking and guest parking. This will be your home away from home. Please be respectful and mindful of other people residing in the community.

If I did have children, I would love to raise them in an area like this. The weather is perfect almost all year long, and during the hurricane season at least we get plenty of notice to get out of harm’s way, and people come together and help their neighbors regardless of their differences. Unfortunately nowadays that is hard to find in some parts of the United States as of late, so by all means, if you’re looking for a place that is close to it all, has great parks, beaches, restaurants, bars, shopping, great schools, public transportation, friendly people and safe clean streets, come to Deerfield Beach but don’t tell too many people unless they would be great neighbors too!! "
