Darling historic home in charming downtown Kingman. Has beautiful mountain, panoramic and city views! New windows 2011, Kitchen was updated in 2012, Bathroom updated in 2017. Large new storage shed added in 2014. Roof replaced in 2007. Water heater replaced in 2007. New master panel one furnace in 2008. This home is adorable, spacious kitchen with plenty of cabinet and counter space, newer appliances. Carpet is in poor condition but was not replaced, plans were to go back to the hardwood floors. It has a tub with shower, single vanity with quaint builtins. This would make a wonderful personal home or a very cute #AIRBNB The lot goes from Maple to Chestnut.

    "I lived out of city limits for 6 years. Kingman was once a little town with Stockton Hill Road once being two lanes and all dirt. In coming back now after a 3 year absence, I can't say I am much impressed. The drug problem is still widespread, Birdland looks worse than ever, and houses are being built as fast and as close together as possible. But where are good paying jobs? Where are cultural experiences? Where is diversity? Where is industry and city planning? Kingman has potential, but the sudden influx of those fleeing California shows the town is growing out, not up. Kingman needs long range goals to retain its new residents and attract others. I hope the next time I visit for a sustained period of time that I feel better about this town. "
