"Nothing!! Neighbors & neighborhood do not do anything!! Most neighbors are not very friendly. We have neighbors that do not keep dogs on a leash and just allow them to roam around all day long. Now I canโ€™t even walk my dogs anymore and I use to do it every day sometimes twice a day. Now unable to do it at all because my dogs freak out everytime dogs that are not in a leash approach us and they almost fight every time. It is extremely annoying!!! "
