The weather is moderate with 4 delighful seasons. We do get a little winter but even when that comes you can still gt out and about. The lake has something for everyone from condo and townhomes to cottages to large estates. You can find older an new construction. so come check us out"

Located near the port for The Virginia Dare signtseeing paddlewheel boat, the Park Shores neighborhood overlooks beautiful wide-water and is in close proximity to the famous "S-Curve" of the lake. The neighborhood is filled with lovely homes and by evidence of two new custom-built properties in the construction process, it shows the viability and desirability of this part of Smith Mountain Lake.
