About this House

Thanks for viewing our property. We moved to California for work and thus its available for rent. We are in Bothell Nov 16 to Nov 18 and can show the house on short notice. It mutually agreeable, we can sign the lease at the same time. We just did new flooring and new carpet down stairs.

Its beautiful house in a very well maintained neighborhood. HOA is active and ensure high standard. Cul-De-Sac location. Excellent schools, peaceful area yet proximity to shopping, Gym, down town, restaurants. Kitchen upgraded to granite counter tops and stainless steel appliances. There a very large bonus room which can be used as an office, entertainment, games or a bedroom and has build in display cabinet as you can see in the pictures.

There is some renovation work ongoing which will be completed before the lease date.

We prefer long term lease 2 years or longer but open to one year lease also.

My only complaint is that there is an excessive amount of speeding on a main road right next to my house & I have contacted the Bothell police NUMEROUS times over the years and they do Nothing about it. I fear it will take a fatal accident before they take action. Kirkland police seem to take traffic issues more seriously. "
