All new water shut off valves to sinks, toilets and wash machine.
Laundry chutes to basement from master bath and half bath.
Full, clean basement that was carefully planned out for future finishing. Utilities were well placed for optimum use of space. 200 amp electrical service. Plumbing was stubbed into floor for future full bathroom. Has new Lennox furnace and new Lennox central air. Also has Aprilaire, large heavy duty shelving and a work bench with upper cabinet. Washer & dryer included.
Large 3+ car garage is insulated and has its own natural gas heater. Has sink with hot and cold water and a pitched floor with drain to keep that vehicle washed all winter long! Also has exhaust venting system, separate 100 amp electrical panel, lots of outlets and a 240 volt outlet. Built in 5 horse, 60 gallon upright air compressor with in wall piping to several places in garage and to basement.
Separated third stall in garage to keep that collector car or boat safe. Has work bench and full wall of cabinets for storage. Built in lighted area for a tool chest. Pull down stairs with flooring in attic gives lots of bonus storage space.
