About this House

Nice and safe home for rent near downtown Bixby, OK. Fully fenced yard and across the street from Bentley Park. If you are looking for granite counters and a two car garage this is not your place......if you are looking for a nice, safe place that's convenient, quiet and cheap this is perfect. We normally rent this to a small family of 2-3 or a single professional because it's not very big....

No garage and parking is in front...... Storage available in backyard
We have nice places and only rent to nice people with jobs and verifiable income. Minimum combined income of $18/hr and/or 35K/yr. No prior evictions or convictions and we check. Please text my cell with questions and we will be showing Sunday or Monday.

    "I partially grew up in this neighborhood. I have fond memories of playing with the neighbor kids across the street. We lived next to an elderly woman who would yell at us if our football got in her yard. We had ducks and chickens. It was a pretty quiet neighborhood. "

    "Bentley park is nearby! It has a splash pad and lots of slides and fun things for the kids to do. Near Bentley park is a nice trail that leads along the river. It’s great for exercising and just getting outside with the kids. Always feel really safe and the passerby’s are very friendly and kind. "

    "There aren’t any dog parks close. Lots of houses with dogs that live outside. Not many trails to go on walks. You can go on walks through the neighborhood but you’ll get barked at or stared at by the neighbors"
