10/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageThere are so many teachers who would love to teach at this school yet the school has an abundance of teachers who clearly do not want to be there and have no interest in your kids or teaching your kids. This year has been YouTube and audio books teaching the kids instead of the teacher, as well as exposing the children to chatGPT and news articles about current issues which are absolutely not appropriate for children that young. This type of behavior is not just wrong but unethical. The school supports these teachers and is not interested in hearing such feedback from the parents - probably since they have no intentions to fix this issue. It is run by awful leftists activists within the school board who have one by one purposely inflitrated the district to push them agendas and brain wash the future generation. And the principals they hire reflect the same values aa them. Westlake HS only scores academically well because many students have tutors who are in AP classea. the teachers are not well educated and many are lazy. Go to Oak Park if you want to send your child where parents still have a say or to a private school. Do not destroy your kids by sending them to Westlake.Other Review3w ago
