Upstairs are 4 bedrooms (two with views of the water) with new linens and decor and a completely renovated custom tiled full bathroom with tub and shower. The owner is adding air conditioning units in almost every room of the house this summer. Outside there is are lovely newly landscaped front and back yards and plenty of parking as well as an outdoor hot and cold water shower. The rental rate shown is the winter weekly rate of $1995/wk. Also available as a summer vacation rental.

We have concerts at the Fitz Hugh Lane house Thursday nights in the summer, and a lot of live entertainment.
