Description

2BR/ 2BA newly renovated bungalow carriage house. The house sits at the end of the driveway, behind the main house (where the owner lives). It has its own deck and courtyard space. It is on a quiet, residential street with great neighbors, less than one mile from downtown Asheville (Five Points neighborhood).
The carriage house is two-story with the master bedroom/bathroom situated on the lower level and plenty of storage (closets, cabinets, etc.). It has central heat and air, lots of natural light, hardwood floors, new appliances, and wooden shades on all of the windows. The washer and dryer are located in the rental.
Because of the house layout, we are only renting to couples, small families, or a single person.

No smoking on the property. One cat considered with pet deposit. Off-street parking is available.

The owner works part-time in a studio space adjacent to the house. It has a separate entrance and no access to the rental.
32 Mount Clare Ave, Asheville, NC 28801 is a 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom, 950 sqft single-family home. More recently, it was listed as a rental in March 2023 with an asking price of $2,300 per month. That rental listing was removed on April 5, 2023. It is currently off market. The Trulia Estimate is $508,500, with a rent estimate of $2,089/month.
