WARM AND WELCOMING HOME is spacious, well-maintained and cozy as they come! 3 bedrooms and 1.5 baths plus bonus living space make this a versatile option and a great find. Cute curb appeal including a roomy front porch, just like you always wanted! Step inside to find an updated kitchen with new appliances, gorgeous cabinetry with crown molding offering plenty of storage, lovely laminate counter tops, and a bright, cheerful feel. Full dining room accommodates larger furniture and is open to the living room, with hardwood flooring running throughout. Half bath with laundry on the main level is a recent addition, super convenient! A?C unit built into the wall of the dining room keeps the main level cool without taking up any window space. The classic, original staircase lends charm and brings you up to the 3 bedrooms and main bath. Bedrooms are spacious and also boast beautiful hardwood flooring. Up one more level and you'll find extra finished living area for hobbies, workout or hangout space, etc. Basement is great for storage, has a hatchway exit to the yard. Plumbing and electrical are updated here, and windows are thermal pane for energy efficiency. Heat is by oil but hot water is natural gas. Newer oil tank and heating system was recently serviced. (Minor waste pipe leak in basement is being repaired on 9/21). There's a cute, level yard that's easy to maintain, and a large storage shed, too! Close to schools, shopping and Route 8 commute. Lots of value here!

"It’s a very nice dog friendly community I like it where I live I mean it’s nice large steep hills too"
  • Kristina F.
"Very good. Where I live I have very easy access to to route 8 and 84. If you hit the time right you can have minimal traffic, but rush hour can be a bit frustrating. "
  • Nataly b
"Nice people friendly clean small town I love it great schools joyful town great community in general."
  • Kaysee S.
"Everyone in the neighborhood is friendly. For the most part people keep to themselves but nobody is a straight up mean person or anything. I see dogs being walked all the time, there are street lights and sidewalks and some side streets that aren’t very busy. It is a lil billy in certain spots which is annoying to climb but there’s a small park by the river right before the route 8 S entrance by exit 27! Ideal for people on a budget looking for a safe neighborhood. "
  • Paulbeedle
"Nice, quiet area. Town does alot for the people of Naugatuck by holding festivals and other events. Many trails to walk and many different foods to eat."
  • Snowangel8305
"There are plenty of Sidewalks and the feeling of being in nature is amazing. Lots of wooded area and fields "
