Shared Living Areas & Laundry: You will have shared right-of-use access to the fully equipped kitchen, a comfortable living room, and a dedicated dining area featuring a dining table perfect for meals or studying. You will also share a bathroom and have full access to the convenient in-unit washer and dryer for your personal laundry needs. Specific private storage areas are designated exclusively for you in the kitchen cabinets, refrigerator/freezer shelves, and the bathroom vanity.
Community Pool Access: As a resident, you will have full access to the beautiful, private Captain's Cove community swimming pool perfect for relaxing and unwinding on your days off.
