Second bedroom is spacious and the third bedroom is ideal for a home office/painting/craft studio - all bedrooms come with floor-to ceiling closets. Living room is furnished with AC unit. All units with new carpet, new slate flooring, new blinds, new paint and it includes stainless steel dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator and electric stove. What makes it special is, that it is FULLY FURNISHED. Just bring your bags (unfurnished units available at $650-$800 less per month). Our building is all electric with gated entrances and a gated parking (one space per home). Coin operated laundry facility onsite for your needs. We offer our residents communal gas BBQ Grill on the beach with tables and chairs for beach dining. Furthermore, our building is cable ready. Enjoy your meals out on your private beachfront balcony. A perfect setting for wine and cheese or coffee and biscuits. You may be lucky to catch sight of dolphins and sea lions playing in the water and from March - September catch the famous Grunion Run. We are a south facing beach so you are energized by the rising sun to the east and calmed by the setting sun to the west. *Direct beach access. We are ON THE BEACH and literally five steps away from sand in your toes and the dual bike path right in the front. Local nearby attractions include, bike rentals, sailing, paddle boarding, kayaking, hydro bikes and kite boarding.
