About this House

Home built in 1913 by one of the founding businessmen of Altus. Has been in my family since 1956 when my great grandmother moved here. My hope is to find a nice renter/family that will continue to give this home the love it needs and deserves.
The main floor is about 1600 sq. ft. with another 350 or so sq. ft. semi-finished basement. It is really set up as 2 bedrooms and 1 bath with what was an office. For the past 60 years, the front office has been used a bedroom. Newly painted and textured walls as well as recent remodel on the bathroom. Would be willing to work with tenant for kitchen remodel and/or outside improvements if long-term commitment. Washer and dryer are included.
Detached garage is a large one car. Garage has remote opener and fenced in access to back door. Additional parking for up to three cars on the side of the home.
I would prefer a longer term lease (starting at 6 months), I would consider short term or carry TDY at a nightly rate of $55/day. For TDY carry electricity, gas, cable, and internet could be provided.

Tenant must maintain yard. Tenant will be responsible for all utilities.
