The great room provides views to the upstairs open hall, the backyard/pool and the fireplace. Also on the first floor is the Master Bedroom (18x13) with trey ceiling and en-suite bathroom (tile floor) containing a walk-in closet, double vanity, jetted tub and separate water closet.

On the second floor are 4 additional large bedrooms (14x13, 16x12, 13x11 and 17x11) and 2 full baths (tiled floors). Two of the bedrooms share a Jack-and-Jill bath while the other two have access to the hall bath. All of the bedrooms have ample closet/storage space (1 bedroom has two walk-in closets, 2 have 1 walk-in closet) and where possible access to additional storage areas under the roof line through access doors. Additional storage area is provided by the two additional closets off the hallway. Off of the upstairs hallway is access to the floored walk-in attic.

The backyard is excellent for entertaining given the over-sized patio, in ground pool, and additional pool decking. The swimming pool is a true-L design (18.2 x 42.9 x 26.9) built by Pete Alewine Pools. The pool has a built in salt system, eliminating the need for chlorine chemicals, and an auxiliary pump powering a Polaris pool cleaner to make pool maintenance easy. The pool also has 2 LED lights, diving board, overflow line, and brick coping. The Aqualogic control board was replaced about 4 years ago as was the main pool pump. The backyard is fenced (shadowbox) with a walk through gate and drive through gates (the gates were rebuilt last summer). There is also a shed for storing pool supplies and yard maintenance equipment.

The home was well maintained and is in move-in ready. The interior was recently painted about 9 months ago. The hot water tank was replaced this year. The roof was replaced with architectural shingles about 4 years ago, the AC unit and coil were replaced approximately 3 years ago and the French doors off of the sun room were replaced about 3 years ago. An additional parking slab extending off to the side of the garage was also added about 4 years ago.

The home is in the Stratford subdivision (an Amenity Neighborhood) and is served by excellent schools (Riverside Elementary, Riverside Middle and Greenbrier High.

Also I’m 2 miles Washington Rd which takes me to the Lake. Greenbrier Schools (all three) are a mile from my House. And, the sports venue’s for Baseball, Softball, Football and Soccer are about 4 miles from me as well. It’s a super great area to live and raise kids, and the economy always stays strong. "
