I will lease for a minimum of one year but hope you'd stay longer. $1,000.00 security deposit $200 pet deposit per pet. "Not enough trees. And the weeds and stickers have taken over everyone’s yard. Also you can not have outdoor cats. They will go outside and never return. We have lost 2 in the 3.5 years we have lived here. Now we have a cat that stays indoors. The neighborhood itself is awesome. I feel extremely safe and everyone is very nice and helpful."

"Easy access to I35 and a 10-15min drive gets you to most places in Waco. Txdot construction is planned over the next 5 years but those delays still pale in comparison to commute times in larger cities (e.g. Houston, Austin, Dallas, Atlanta...)"

"Just about everybody has dogs that lives around me including myself. I rarely see a dog out loose, but a lot of people do leave their dogs outside all day-everyday and not only does it seem cruel on some days, they also have major lack in manners. I've lived here for almost 8 years and those same dogs have barked manically at me for 8 years. And all I'm doing is taking out the trash. Kind of annoying."
