Additionally, the property features a 1,014 sq.ft. second-floor wine tasting room with panoramic views over the vineyard, above a climate-controlled wine storage space. Manton is a small town of approximately 350 population, sitting at 2,000 ft elevation, not far from Lassen Volcanic National Park with its 500,000 visitors a year, mostly in summer months.
