"live in this area. It has declined somewhat as more renters move in. T here are no side walks and any one wanting to walk to the nearby shopping areas does so at there own risk. The children who have to walk to school or to the school bus stops are constantly dodging cars there arent even shoulders on the road"
  • 48plymouth
"We live in the Roebuck/Center Point area and LOVE it. While there is room to improve, we've found the area very friendly with old-world charms! You won't find rows and rows of houses that all look the same ... there's a wide variety of architectural styles, lots of friendly people, beautiful parks, handy shopping, excellent medical facilities and fitness centers ... everything you need to enjoy life!"
