Location, Location, Location! Enjoy privacy in this beautiful, recently renovated modern home, 3 bedroom, 2.5 bathroom, fully furnished modern home for a comfortable stay in the heart of Georgetown. The kitchen is equipped for a chef, and includes a wine fridge, beverage fridge, and large ice maker, along with Sub Zero fridge and Viking dual-fuel range.

The house includes a large (~1,110 sq. ft.) main floor which has an open floor plan for the living room, kitchen, and dining room.

Each of the 3 bedrooms is located on their own, separate floor. The large (~500 sq. ft.) primary bedroom has a king-size bed, a large, freshly renovated en-suite bathroom with a standing tub and a large shower with 3 shower heads.

Guest bedroom #2 includes a queen-size bed and a daybed/twin bed. Six skylights provide a view of the stars at night. The skylights also have shades for lighting and temperature control during the day. The full bathroom connected to this bedroom includes a door which opens to the hall, allowing it to be shared with the 3rd bedroom.

Guest bedroom #3 is set up as a lounge with doors to the roof terrace. The RH Maxwell queen size sleeper sofa is exceptionally comfortable and may be extended as necessary for additional guests.

The backyard has been recently renovated to include ~500 sq. ft. of living space, a grill station, gas firepit, and spa.

A crib and high chair are available if needed. Driveway parking for 1 vehicle is also included.

Owner holds both an STR and a VR rental license issued by the DC DOB.

Short-term rental is available for the period of January 1, 2025, through December 31, 2026. Some dates within that range are not available as they have already been reserved by other guests. The maximum rental period is 28 consecutive nights. The minimum rental period is 7 nights. Utilities are included listed rental rate.
