    "Nice area to walk with my dog. Pretty homes with a variety of architecture with winding, tree covered little streets and lots of dear throughout the year. There is access to Fountain Creek and a couple of different parks in walking distance as well as Ivy Wild if you want to walk to lunch or home from happy hour ;) There are lots of good hills for getting a good work out but they can be an issue on bicycles, but not a problem if u plan your route. Overall I have to say that this area is pretty close to perfect!"

What makes it unique is that great hiking is a 10 minute drive away, so it’s very easy to get away from the hustle and bustle for a while. Overall nice area and would definitely recommend to anyone who is moving to Colorado Springs."

Simple as that. The people here are rediculous and have no common sense and love to annoy and pester dogs."
