    "This is a HOA neighborhood. All of the neighbors are friendly. Schools, UFHEALTH, River City, stores & restaurants are close by & so is on Max Leggett. The Jacksonville International Airport is also close by. We also have JSO on the property. Publix, Walmart & Winn Dixie are also close by. We have CVS & Walgreens near by. "

    "We have yard sales and community meetings on a regular basis. There is a dog park but it is not as close as it probably should be. Most neighbors do a decent job caring for their lawns and so not disturb other residents of the community."

You can usually see people walking their dogs throughout the day and dog owners are considerate enough to clean up after their dogs. There is a dog park about 3 miles away from where I live but I don’t see it being used very often."

    "North Creak is a top-notch neighborhood with many amenities, such as swimming pool, tennis courts, basketball courts, and an RV/boat storage area. Easy access to the airport, interstate, and plenty of shopping. All three bases (NAS Jacksonville, Mayport, and Kings Bay, GA are all within a 30 minute drive."
