". They have failed to mention HOA. .fees moved out of nieborhood 3 years ago . Very pleasant neighbors. Most of the manufactured homes are in good condition traffic very light save to walk communitie at night plenty of street lights . It can be a little hard at times to get out of the nieborhood onto Main highway that run into salem due to traffic but Drive safe look both ways and proceed with caution."

"West salem is separated from the rest of salem by the willamette river. You must drive across a bridge to get into the rest of the city, which gives it a smaller town feel. "
