This school has moved forward a lot over the last couple of years. All new computers in the lab, a separate mobile computer lab has been set up for the elementary school, a new server installed, all new curriculum materials in both language arts and math, that are aligned with the new Common Core State Standards, have been purchased. The school has also started a new testing system where all of the elementary students are tested in the fall and then will be assessed in the spring to measure actual growth of the individual student. The FFA program has taken off. All new band uniforms and drum carriers have been purchased. To top it off the district has more money in reserves than it ever has had in the past. The parents and patrons that have complained need to actually go to the school and see what all is going on......they will be amazed!
