You will hear sounds of children playing in the backyard and our two lab puppies barking. We know that's not for everyone but their play area is right behind the unit so although we try to be respectful, it's inevitable that you will hear us.
The property has a country feel but is a close drive to the 76 highway. It is 20 acres with avocado trees as you enter and vegetation. There is an entrance gate and a few neighbors on the property.

No shared walls with main house but only separated by a breezeway/ same roofline as main house.

Application online and includes credit check and background check ($35). Income source will be verified. Income needs to be at least 2.5x the rent. Minimum of 650 credit score.
