We have WIFI and 3 Roku TVs that are located above the wood burning fireplace, basement and in the main bedroom, so you will be able to stream all of your favorite movies and TV shows. Our gourmet kitchen features a commercial size gas stove with a griddle plus wall oven, there is a 4 burner Weber grill on the deck. Kitchen is fully stocked with pots, pans, plates, mixing bowls ETC. It also features a toaster oven, drip coffee maker and Keurig machine. Main floor has a half bath, and individual laundry room with washer / dryer and laundry room sink. Upstairs you will discover a large loft area that overlooks the kitchen and living room, loft features 3 queen size beds. There is a suspended walkway that leads to 2 more upstairs bedrooms, these rooms share a Jack and Jill bathroom with a shower over tub and dual sinks. Both of the upstairs bedrooms have a heat pump for individual heat and air conditioning as well as walk out balconies. The log house is actually over 5400 square feet when you include the unfinished walk-out basement, this area has another 3/4 bath with shower. Basement also features a pool table, foosball, bar area and living room with 3rd ROKU TV. Oversized 3 car garage has direct access to the home and there is additional parking in the large driveway. You will need a car or truck that is appropriate for gravel roads, we are about 3 miles off the blacktop, 4x4 or all-wheel drive might be necessary in the winter. This secluded log home will make you feel like you are "off the grid" but we are only 12 miles west of Yankton and even closer to the Marina. You will likely see plenty of wildlife including turkey and white tail deer.

Yankton High School has friendly students giving it a small town school climate within a medium-sized town. I think the teachers and administrators are pleased to teach at Yankton High School as sseen by the high teacher retention. Teachers are proud to work with Yankton High School students who give their time and support to each other. The teachers provide students with well-prepared classroom lesson plans. In addition, the teachers volunteer to coach many after school activities including speech, history, music, sports, and science. The administration goal is to keep the school a safe and well-mannered place.. Overall, the students have won trophies at the state and national level in many areas including science and history. Some national competitions that the students have done well in, and accomplished first place, include individual events Science Olympiad and National History Day. The students accept each other, and are proud of each others' accomplishments.
